Subscription & Payment Terms.

1 Overview and Acceptance

These Subscription & Payment Terms are an agreement between you and Emto Max Holdings Ltd (Anguilla). They apply to your purchase and use of an EM : Beyond Reach subscription at emtome.io.

By paying for, activating, or using the service, you accept these Terms and the Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not pay for or use the service.

2 Pricing and Payment Structure

The subscription price is fixed at £1,200 per year. Payment is Monero-only via NOWPayments. EM does not accept fiat currency for the subscription.

A payment is accepted only when the required amount has been received and confirmed. There are no refunds and no chargebacks; all payments are final. You are responsible for using the correct payment details and for any network or processing fees.

3 Account Lifecycle and Renewal

Each paid subscription follows a 373-day account lifecycle:

• Days 1–365: the account has full access while the subscription is active.
• Days 336–365: the account is in its renewal window. Renew before the subscription ends to maintain access.
• Day 366: if payment has not been confirmed, the account enters Restricted Mode.
• Day 373: the account is automatically cryptographically shredded. Account records, keys, and metadata are permanently destroyed and cannot be recovered.

You are responsible for renewing on time. EM does not guarantee that an account can be restored after it reaches Restricted Mode or is shredded.

4 Activation, Retailers, and Support

Activation and device setup are handled through @setup:chat.emtome.io. General support is available through @support:chat.emtome.io. Retailers may help coordinate a purchase, but your subscription remains subject to these Terms.

EM does not provide web portals or email support for activation or general support. Protect your activation token and 12-word seed phrase. There is no key escrow, and EM cannot recover credentials that you lose.

5 Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emto Max Holdings Ltd (Anguilla) is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit losses arising from your subscription or use of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to these Terms is limited to the subscription fees you paid to us for the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
